Summary: This unit was a Disaster when we entered; the floor was dirty, dirty towels were on the floor the beds were not made up.We quickly reported this and the local caretakers quickly attended to the situation. We received a credit, apology letter and all was well thereafter. Hopefully this was already reported to you.
